ok we're now in phase 6 that is SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
after implementation comes systems maitenance

have 2 parts ; systems audit & periodic evaluation
system audit : system's performance is compared to the original design specifications.
to determine whether the new procedures are actually furthering productivity.
after that, the new information system is further modified (if necessary)
simple right?
