Phase 1 : Preliminary Investigation

hmm, its been so fast we're now in chapter 13

here, we're dont want to waste your time

let us go through our next subtopics which is PHASE 1 that is PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION

hmm, have you ever heard what is preliminary?

maybe its sound so strange to all of you right?

or what if the word of introduction?

yeah ! i bet you know that particular of word right?

actually that both words are the same meaning

okay , straight to the point

first and foremost 

every single thing have it introduction right?

also this blog, we're provided the introduction for every chapter that we want to insist

allright !

this first phase is a investigation of a proposed project to determine the need for new information system

defining the problem
examining whatever current information system is in use and determining what information is needed.


suggesting alternative systems
suggest some possible plans as alternatives to the present arrangement.


preparing a short report 
include schedules for further development of the project.
presented to higher management along with a recommendation to continue or discontinue the project.
