In computer science, data is information in a form suitable for use with a computer.Data can exist in a variety of forms -- as numbers or text on pieces of paper, as bits and bytes stored in electronic memory, or as facts stored in a person's mind

 The term data is often used to distinguish binary machine-readable information from textual human-readable information. For example, some applications make a distinction between data files and text data

But not long ago,data was limited to numbers,letters, and symbols recorded by keyboard.Now data includes:

• Audio- captured, interpreted and saved using microphone and voice recognition system.
• Music- just downloaded from internet we can get everything about it.
• Photograph-captured by digital cameras, edited image or software and shared with all.
• Video- captured by digital video cameras, and Tv tuner cards.
